Talk about the best birthday present EVER! Nothing like having W. H. Pugmire, S. T. Joshi and Scott Connors sing you happy birthday. I think even Lovecraft’s ghost was humming in the background. Thanks guys you made this birthday very special indeed!

Gawd, that was such a fun evening–and sorely needed, cos the week-end had otherwise been one of the worst in all my number’d days. I feel so lucky to have so many great friends, and to have the World’s Leading Lovecraft Scholar living in my hometown.
